Solutions

Start with one module, on the ERP you already have.

Our platform is modular by design. You do not have to replace your ERP, and you do not have to start with our MES — most of what we build can run directly on top of the system you already own.

Before you read further

If you arrived here first, you arrived in the wrong order.

We would rather look at your process before recommending any of this. A module that solves a problem you do not have is an expense, not an improvement.

That said, the page below is here because people reasonably want to know what we can actually build before they invite us in. So: this is what exists, what each part does, and what it needs from your existing systems.

How it fits together

Two ways in, depending on what you already have.

You have an ERP and nothing on the floor

Start with a single module — shop floor data capture, defect monitoring, the subcontractor portal — connected directly to your ERP. No MES required, no replacement of anything, and you find out whether the data changes your decisions before committing further.

You need a production layer

Where the ERP genuinely cannot carry production execution, our MES sits between it and the floor. It is built to connect to any ERP rather than to replace one, and the same modules then run on top of it.

The practical consequence: the first step can be small. That matters when the person approving the budget is also the person running operations.

The modules

What we build.

Each one can be deployed on its own. Each one works either with our MES or directly against your ERP.

FabVitals MES

The production layer: work orders, production recording, quantities, rejections, downtime, work in progress, traceability, KPIs and OEE. Connects to any ERP.

Shop Floor

What operators actually use at the line — declaring production, recording stoppages with a cause, flagging problems. Runs with our MES or straight onto your ERP.

Subcontractor Portal

Work that leaves the building stays visible. Subcontractors declare progress and quantities themselves, instead of it arriving by email and being re-typed.

Defect Monitoring

Defects recorded where and when they occur, with enough structure to be analysed later — by product, station, shift, operator or material batch.

Prediction

Using the history the other modules build up: where a delay is forming, which orders are at risk, where quality is drifting before it becomes scrap.

CO₂ Data Capture

Capturing the consumption and process data needed to calculate emissions, so the figure comes from the plant rather than from an estimate.

PPE Control

Supporting personal protective equipment compliance — what is assigned, what is in use, and what needs replacing.

Digital Product Passport

Building the product-level record that EU regulation is moving towards, from data your production is already generating.

Specialist capability

Digital Product Passport.

One of the areas we know particularly well — and one where the deadline is set by regulation rather than by ambition.

European rules are moving towards products carrying a verifiable digital record: what they are made of, where the materials came from, how they were processed, and what can be done with them at end of life. For textile in particular, this stops being optional.

The difficulty is rarely the passport itself. It is that the data it has to contain — material batches, process steps, subcontracted operations, the link between a finished item and everything that went into it — is exactly the data most plants do not currently capture in a connected way. Which is the same gap that makes production invisible day to day.

Assess what you already hold

Which of the required attributes exist in your systems today, and at what level of granularity.

Close the traceability gap

Capture the missing links at the point where the work happens, rather than reconstructing them afterwards from paperwork.

Produce the record

Generate the product-level passport from live production data, so it stays accurate instead of being assembled once for an audit.

Integration

Connect what you already have.

The goal is rarely to replace the systems your team already knows. More often it is to make them exchange information they were never connected to share.

Any ERP

Built to integrate rather than replace. Orders, materials and master data come from the system that already owns them.

Equipment & IoT

Reading from machines where they can be read, and providing a sensible manual path where they cannot. Older equipment is the normal case, not the exception.

Existing tools

Spreadsheets and local databases that people depend on are mapped before anything is switched off. Sometimes the right answer is to feed them instead of replacing them.

Fit

When a tool from us is the answer — and when it is not.

A good fit

You cannot see production status without asking someone. Stoppages are recorded as durations without causes. Subcontracted work disappears for days. The data exists but never reaches a decision.

Not a fit

Your problem is machine capacity, plant layout, supplier lead times or headcount. Software will measure those problems more precisely without changing them, and we will tell you so.

Not yet a fit

Nobody owns the process you want to digitalise, or the people who would use it were not part of the decision. Fix that first; the system will fail without it.

The right way to evaluate this.

Not from a feature list. Let us look at your process, and if one of these modules is the answer we will show you which one and why — and if none of them is, we will say that instead.

Let us look at your processes, identify where value is being lost, and determine where technology can actually help.
