Services
Understand first. Then improve.
Two services that answer two different questions. Most engagements start with one and, if it makes sense, continue into the other.
Which one do you need?
It depends on the question you are actually asking.
"We keep hearing about AI. Should we be doing something?"
That is an AI Readiness Assessment. It tells you whether your data and processes could support a useful application, and what would have to change first.
"We know something is wrong, but not exactly where."
That is Process Mapping. It traces how information, materials and decisions move through the plant and shows you where the flow breaks.
If you are not sure which applies, say so when you contact us. Working that out is part of the first conversation, and it costs you nothing.
Service 01
AI Readiness Assessment
Not every problem needs artificial intelligence. Often the more useful first step is improving how data is collected, structured and trusted.
We assess seven dimensions on site — data availability and quality, existing systems, integration, shop floor capture, traceability and infrastructure — and produce a maturity map, a set of candidate use cases, and an honest list of what blocks each one.
- Maturity map across seven dimensions
- Candidate use cases for your operation
- Blockers to resolve before each one
- Prioritised roadmap, cheapest value first
- Risks, limits and where AI would not help
Service 02
Process Mapping
The documented process and the real process are never the same. We map the real one.
We follow real orders through the plant and sit with the people who run each step, then build a current-state map that your own team recognises — including the spreadsheets, whiteboards and phone calls that the official system does not account for.
- Current-state map of information, materials and decisions
- Findings register with cost and confidence
- Quick wins that need no software
- Where digitalisation genuinely helps
- Integration points between existing systems
- Sequenced target-state proposal
And afterwards
Technology comes after understanding the problem.
When a diagnosis points to a tool rather than a process change, we can build and integrate it — production systems, ERP interfaces, shop floor data capture, IoT and applied artificial intelligence. Sometimes that means FabVitals MES. Often it means something smaller.
Show us how your factory works.
Let us look at your processes, identify where value is being lost, and determine where technology can actually help.
